With more than a decade of experience training himself and coaching others, Adam (AKA Brody) has a wide range of knowledge to help individuals of all shapes and sizes, ages and varying levels of experience. He embarked on his own training journey with the personal goals of increasing strength and improving body composition. Over the years, he has gained valuable knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning, powerlifting, bodybuilding, corrective conditioning and nutrition coaching. He is a licenced Naturopath.

The name “Brodybuilding” represents the ability to build your body with Brody in your corner and serves as convenient wordplay, given that he is a hobbyist bodybuilder. He is also an active musician, primarily playing the electric bass guitar. He believes we should build a solid foundation in everything we do in life.

Brody is an 8x winning national level bodybuilder. He has also achieved such feats as lifting more than triple his body weight in the conventional deadlift. When Brody sets his mind on a goal, there is no stopping him. When your goals are his goals, you will succeed. The only limitations we have are the ones we put upon ourselves.

I’ve tried many things for weight loss and the only success I’ve ever had was with Adam and his meal plans. Working with Adam Shore was possibly the best decision to help me get back in shape. First we worked on a meal plan that is both realistic and fun to apply. Since I love cooking, Adam helped me choose the right ingredients, reconsider schedules and portions. I love his approach of not demonizing ingredients.
